New Years: Twenty Twenty-Two

In the year 2022 — the year of the Tiger according to the Chinese Zodiac sign — new year’s resolutions honing ferocity, bravery, and intelligence are in the making for yours truly. It is the year of the Tiger! So, naturally, “Go get’em, Tiger!”

Here’s a list of the things I wish to accomplish. Though we are three years into living in a pandemic, letting a silly virus halt progression would be silly of me — just throw in the towel if anyone is going to be subordinate to it.

My wish: be successful this year at everything I do. Apply myself to good causes for MYSELF first & community.

Health Goals: Body

Finish a MARATHON (26.2 miles) → Created planet fitness account, I go there to run, lift, & train & red light therapy.

200 push-ups every day. → I do them in 10’s all throughout the day. Can do wherever, and good when needing a pause from either reading or writing.

Vitamins every day.C (500mg), D3 (100 mcg), Zinc (50mg), Magnesium (500mg), Omega oils (2000mg), B-12 (need to get correct B-12).

  • vitamins K, E, A should also be admitted.

Biking. → showcase the new bike! Create summer bike routes and find biking group.

MIND

Read 5 books a month. → Use the library and go to bookstore! Write blogposts about the books, then watch videos about literary criticism on books read.

Write. → Create short stories and or write blog posts. Joined the 5am writers club on Twitter for help/guidance.

Meditation. → Relieves anxiety and boy am I full of stress and anxiety. Helps you dive into subconscious mind which helps eliminate ALL negative thoughts. It is GREAT, and everyone needs this.
